  3. Welcome to the AGA software compilation Disk Two.

  7. All programs will work on AGA/KS3.0 equiped Amigas, some will work with
  8. ECS/KS3.0, ECS/KS2.04 or (even!) OCS/KS1.3 Amigas.
  9.  
  10. All doc files have icons but not all programs were supplied with icons
  11. so I did not add any.  More (the standard text reader) must be in
  12. the WorkBench Path to view the docs (ie if you are reading this then
  13. it probably is!).  More is found in the SYS:Utilities drawer.
  14. AmigaGuide documents have their tooltype set to MultiView.  If you
  15. only have KS2.04 it will need to be changed to AmigaGuide (after you 
  16. install it of course!).

  18. The "*** Requires:" field outlines the MINIMUM requirements of Operating
  19. System Software and/or Amiga Hardware required.

  21. Also, this disk is formatted with the FastFileSystem.  Only KS2.04 or 
  22. greater supports FFS on floppys, so don't wonder why the disk is 
  23. unreadable on a KS1.3 or less system!

  33. GBLANKER:  (v37.11) 
  34.         A future-compatible/expandable screen blanker with AGA support.
  35.         NOTE: 030 versions have been removed due to space restrictions.
  36.           *** Requires: KS 2.04 or greater.

  38. DEGRADER:  (v1.30)
  39.         Get brain dead programs to work.  With Kickstart 3.0 support.
  40.           *** Requires: Any Amiga(!).

  42. FORCEMONITOR:  (v3.10)
  43.         ForceMonitor patches OpenScreen and OpenScreenTagList, to open
  44.         most screens in a given displaymode, ie. promote selected
  45.         screen types to one other screen type.  Highly configurable.
  46.         Nice GUI.  Successor to ForceVGA on Disk One.
  47.           *** Requires: KS3.0.
  48.  
  49. MANDELMANIA:  (v4.1)
  50.         Yet another Mandelbrot exploration program. AGA support.
  51.         Creates ANIM's too!
  52.           *** Requires: WB2.1 or greater.
  53.  
  54. PALETTEREQ:
  55.         A 24-bit palette requester, similar in operation to 1.3 Palette
  56.         and 2.04 Colors but with full AGA support.  Source included.
  57.           *** Requires: AGA.
  58.  
  59. POV-RAY:
  60.         An update for this popular raytracer to the A4000 and AGA HAM8. 
  61.         This is not the full distribution of this program.  No docs are 
  62.         included; they must be obtained from the original distribution
  63.         available from various sources.
  64.         Source code included; maybe someone can compile '030 and '020
  65.         AGA versions?
  66.           *** Requires: MC68040 and AGA Chip Set.

  68. PROMOTOR:  (v1.09)
  69.         The Promotor allows you to promote screens to any mode you 
  70.         wish.  You can give instructions for specfic screens, give general
  71.         promotion rules, promote depending on the mode requested by
  72.         the program... etc. etc....  Configurable beyond belief.  
  73.         Minimal GUI.
  74.           *** Requires: KS3.0/AGA
